Director of Safety ATS Trucking

Nathaniel brings nearly 15 years of experience in Operations & Safety in the transportation and logistics industry. He has spent the past 9 years dedicated to safety-specific positions in the industry, specializing in behavioural safety and safety systems. In his role at ATS, Nathaniel is responsible for regulatory compliance, workplace/onsite safety, employee/Driver safety training, as well as researching, procuring and implementing technologies designed to grow and progress the organization safety culture. Nathaniel holds a B.A. Degree in English and a minor in Communication from St. John's University. Nathaniel's passion lies in fostering cultural change in which safety becomes a value shared by each individual in the organization, with day-to-day behaviours & choices that maximize safety.
